Restomodding old cars is a booming business nowadays. Taking an iconic vehicle from back in the day and turning it into a powerful and functioning version of itself in the present is all the rage.
However, one such infamous car of the past, the DeLorean DMC-12, has yet to be restomodded. Brazilian artist Thiagod3sign took matters into his own hands and posted images of a shiny "new" version of the car.

Bringing iconic cars back to life
Modernizing these old cars is quite an undertaking, with many not seeing the present light of day because it's such an arduous task.
Luckily for vintage car enthusiasts, some people work hard and manage to modernize such cars. One such person is Brazilian artist Thiagod3sign.
Thiago shared images of a shiny black and modernized version of a DeLorean DMC-12 on his Instagram account. The only thing holding this car back from hitting the roads? The images are renders.
Regardless, the car looks great. He has covered the car with a glossy black coat of paint, and the arches are wide enough to allow anyone with a disability to easily get in.
LED lights frame the front grill, a ducktail spoiler sits perfectly on the back of the car on top of a large splitter and dual exhausts. The car's been lowered and has low profile tires atop black deep dished wheels. A roll cage has also been added to the car.
Sadly there are no renders of the interior of the car, so that'll have to be left to your imagination.
It's a fun and modern take on the DeLorean DMC-12. Here are all of the images posted online:
